PROJECT CONSULTATION

If you have an idea but you’re unsure what to do next we can help you develop your plans. We find the best way to do this is to arrange an on-site meeting.

BUILDING REGULATIONS

We will prepare drawings to ensure compliance with Building Regulations. We can also coordinate this information with specialist consultants to prepare and submit Building Regulation documents to ensure you gain approval.

CONCEPT DESIGN

Before you get into the detail it can help to visualise the design as a rough concept. This allows you to tweak and change your ideas more quickly.

TECHNICAL DESIGN

We can prepare any additional technical design information including all architectural, structural and mechanical services information and specifications you may require.

DESIGN & PLANNING

Once the design is approved you’ll need to submit drawings for planning permission. We will produce CAD drawings including location plans, block plans, building plans, sections and elevations.

PLANNING MANAGEMENT

As well as designing and creating the drawings for your submission we can act as your agent, dealing directly with Building Control. We will also support you throughout the build.
