Architectural design shaped by structural experience

I work directly with homeowners across Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire and London to design practical, well-considered spaces that improve the way people live.

From home extensions and loft conversions to new-build homes, the focus is always on creating designs that feel balanced, buildable and tailored to the property itself. Every project is approached with a strong understanding of both design and construction, helping create spaces that not only look right on paper, but also work properly in practice.

The aim is to keep the process straightforward and manageable, with clear advice, realistic solutions and drawings that help projects move smoothly from initial ideas through planning and construction.

A Bit About Me

Before moving into architectural design, I worked in structural engineering. That experience still shapes the way I approach projects today, balancing design ideas with practical construction knowledge from the very beginning.

Alongside professional experience, I also understand home projects from a personal perspective. Having renovated and extended homes while raising a young family, I know how important it is for spaces to work properly for everyday life — not just look good on drawings.

The aim is to keep the process straightforward and manageable, with honest advice, practical solutions and designs that work both visually and structurally.

Rather than overcomplicating projects, the focus is always on creating homes that feel natural to live in, improve the way space is used and can be delivered realistically on site.
